Banker Daniel Vorcaro told his ex-girlfriend, Martha Graeff, about eight meetings with Alexandre de Moraes, a justice of Brazil's Supreme Federal Court (STF), during 2025, according to Federal Police reports detailed by R7. The WhatsApp messages were released by the court in the early hours of Friday (11). The PF treats the records as suspected meetings, held in Brasília, São Paulo and Campos do Jordão.
The messages
On March 19, 2025, Vorcaro wrote to his then girlfriend: "Estou com o ministro aqui" ("I am with the minister here"). The next day he sent: "Chegando Hugo e Ciro para falar com Alexandre" ("Hugo and Ciro are arriving to talk to Alexandre"). G1 reports that the meeting began on the night of the 19th and ran into the dawn of the 20th, when Chamber of Deputies Speaker Hugo Motta and Senator Ciro Nogueira arrived at the residence.
On April 19, Martha asked what he had gone to Campos for, and Vorcaro replied: "Foi passar feriado" ("Went for the holiday"). The PF considers the location to be Campos do Jordão, a mountain town in São Paulo state, according to R7. On April 29, the banker wrote "Agora to com Alexandre" ("Now I am with Alexandre") and, after a phone call, told his girlfriend that the voice on the line "era de Alexandre de Moraes".
The other mentions follow the same pattern. On May 21, Vorcaro said he was in a meeting at home "com ciro e alexandre". On May 26, he said he had arranged a couples dinner with "Moraes e Fabio Faria". On August 8, he cited "reuniao alexandre e depois com ciro". The PF says all of these exchanges refer to the justice. The messages also record plans for a dinner to bring together Moraes and his wife, lawyer Viviane Barci de Moraes, who had a contract with Master, along with former minister Fábio Faria and his wife.
The chats came from one of the phones seized in Operation Compliance Zero, which led to Vorcaro's pretrial arrest in November 2025. A PF report made public on September 1, after case rapporteur Justice André Mendonça lifted its secrecy, lists at least 16 moments when the two men may have met, eight of them treated as confirmed. The confirmations came from messages with several people, including Vorcaro's daughter Stella. A year earlier, in April 2024, the banker had organized with Moraes the First Legal Forum in London, sponsored by Banco Master.
What comes next
The release comes amid an open crisis at the court. On Friday, Moraes asked STF President Luiz Edson Fachin to immediately lift the secrecy on every document in the Master case and called the partial release ordered by Mendonça a "selective choice" that excluded 180 pieces. The Prosecutor General's Office also requested full disclosure, and Justice Cristiano Zanin asked for access to media from Vorcaro's phone to review requests from prosecutors. The review of Moraes's situation is scheduled for Tuesday (15). Fachin is still defining how the trial will be conducted.
